The Mosaic Model

The AI revolution is expected to lead to dramatic changes in the labor market, affecting all aspects of life as we know them.

Without preparation, development, and implementation of national AI policy, the State of Israel will face rising unemployment and dramatic consequences for society, the economy, and governance.

The Mosaic Institute brings together experts and leaders from the spheres of practice, research, and humanities to formulate a national policy roadmap in light of the AI revolution.

Developing relevant and applicable policy recommendations aligned with the Institute's vision to ensure AI benefits the entire population.

Promote Policy Implementation

Raising the issue on the public agenda and promoting policy recommendations for implementation by decision-makers. Initiating conferences, meetings, and campaigns to promote the issue among decision-makers and relevant audiences.

The Institute brings together experts from the spheres of practice, research, and humanities to formulate and promote evidence-based policy and research, and to lay the foundations for a national framework in light of the AI revolution.

The Institute works in collaboration with academia, research institutes, high-tech industry leaders, and senior public sector professionals to build a coherent picture of the threats and opportunities facing Israeli society in the AI era.

The Institute focuses on questions regarding the future of employment in Israel and how to prepare in advance to ensure a life of dignity amidst these changes.
